Utilizing an embedded, high-temperature firing coloration process, the colors remain stable and, under normal use, are resistant to fading or peeling.

This product is primarily intended for cold beverages and room-temperature spirits; please avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent breakage.

Hand washing is recommended to better preserve the color and luster.

Use a soft sponge for cleaning; avoid using hard objects, such as steel wool, that could scratch the cup body.

We are just as excited as you are to receive your new product. Shipping times can vary and we work very closely with our carriers to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process at our warehouse before shipping. Orders that are shipped via ground shipping typically arrive in 5-7 business days. *Please note that carrier processing can impact these time frames.

Our shipping policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly, catering to various regions across the globe. We offer free shipping to certain countries and regions based on the order value, while other areas are subject to a flat shipping rate regardless of the order amount. Below are two tables detailing our shipping fees: one for countries where shipping fees are dependent on the order value, and another listing the flat shipping rates for other countries and regions. Please refer to our shipping policy for specific costs.

Most likely you will not be charged any customs. In most cases we try to ensure that there are no customs charges upon arrival. But sometimes customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customerservice@xxxxx.com and provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item you want to return. We will guide you through the return process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by EUCOA.
Please Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, EUCOA currently does not offer free return and exchange services for reasons other than product quality issues. We will charge a restocking fee of 10% - 20% for non-product quality-related returns.

2 If the original packaging, gift box, accessories, manuals, and all other items originally included with the glassware are lost or damaged.
3 Glassware displaying physical damage or clear signs of user misuse.
4 Products with stains, scratches, water marks, lipstick or beverage residue, or signs of having been used.
5 Products with faded, peeled, or altered color coating caused by improper washing or use.
6 The order exceeds 30 days from the date of purchase.
7 Damaged-on-arrival items must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
8 For hygiene reasons, glassware that has been used or had liquid poured into it cannot be returned.
9 Returned glassware must be securely packed to prevent breakage during return shipping. Damage caused by inadequate return packaging is not covered.
