At Eucoa, we craft exceptional colored crystal glassware designed to elevate your tasting rituals. Because our collections are as delicate as they are exquisite, we pair our artisanal craftsmanship with a secure, premium, and seamless delivery experience.


1. Fulfillment & Processing Time

  • The Inspection Window: Each piece of glassware undergoes a rigorous quality inspection and is meticulously secured in specialized protective packaging. Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 Business Days after payment confirmation.
  • Operating Schedule: Our fulfillment suite operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During seasonal releases or periods of exceptional demand, preparation may require slight extension.
  • Dispatch Notification: As soon as your order leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation will be directed to your email.

2. Complimentary Shipping Offer

We are pleased to extend Complimentary Standard Shipping on all curated orders totaling $69 and above.

For orders below $69, precise shipping fees will be transparently calculated and displayed at checkout prior to final payment.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard transit typically spans 7–15 Business Days, depending on the destination region, courier routing, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that transit windows are estimates. Delays arising from extreme weather, seasonal holiday volumes, or carrier bottlenecks are outside our immediate control, though we actively monitor every transit path.

4. Tracking & Transit Visibility

Your shipping confirmation email will include a dedicated tracking link and serial number where applicable.

Please allow up to 48 hours post-dispatch for the courier’s portal to refresh and display active transit updates.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

To ensure your fine glassware arrives safely, please review and confirm that your destination address is complete and accurate before finalizing your acquisition.

Eucoa cannot assume liability for delayed, failed, or missing deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address details provided at checkout.

Should you detect an error in your details, please contact our team immediately at support@eucoa.com. Once an order has entered our secure packing or dispatch queue, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

6. Consolidated & Split Shipments

To maintain optimal protection and expedite delivery, orders containing multiple items or distinct product series may occasionally be split into separate, specialized parcels.

If a portion of your order arrives ahead of the remainder, please rest assured that the balancing pieces are safely en route.

7. Missing or Delayed Consignments

If your package encounters an unexpected delay, we recommend reviewing your tracking portal for the latest courier log.

In the rare event that your tracking displays "Delivered" but the parcel is not in your possession, please verify with your local postal concierge, household members, or immediate neighbors.

8. Customs, Duties & Tariffs

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): To provide a seamless experience, the final amount displayed at checkout represents your total investment. Eucoa fully absorbs all applicable customs duties and import taxes. You will encounter no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges upon delivery.

While international parcels are subject to routine customs clearance protocols in certain destination countries—which may occasionally alter delivery timelines—Eucoa remains uninvolved in local statutory holdups.

9. Refused Deliveries

We kindly request that patrons do not refuse delivery due to transit delays or customs processing. Should you experience any inconvenience regarding your shipment's journey, allow us to resolve it elegantly on your behalf by contacting our team first.
